Dear 6th Grade Students & Families,
Welcome to middle school! Tomorrow, during orientation, you will receive your Chromebook. The technology department is excited to announce that all 6th graders are receiving brand-new touchscreen Chromebooks and protective cases this school year.
To help keep our tech running smoothly, please review these quick guidelines together:
π¨ Personalizing & Protecting Your Device

| Decorate your CASE: Feel free to put school appropriate stickers and/or drawings on your protective case. | No writing or stickers on the actual Chromebook: The device itself must remain completely clean. |
| Keep your ID clear: Make sure your student ID, name label, and image is 100% visible on the case. | Do not cover identifying labels: Never obscure student info or school barcodes with stickers. |
π Daily Tech Habits
Charge Every Night: Plug your Chromebook in before going to bed so it arrives at school 100% charged and ready for learning every day.
Keep Devices Safe: Always keep your Chromebook inside its protective case.
π οΈ Repairs & Maintenance
If a device is broken, damaged, or not working properly:
Submit a Helpdesk Ticket immediately to start the repair process.
Devices must remain in working order. Please note that repair fees will be billed via PushCoin as necessary per school policy.
