Hello Families!
A little about me. I received my undergraduate degree at Northeastern Illinois University and earned a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at Concondia University. I began my career here at Gemini in 2001. I am a strong advocate for student centered learning, collaboration, lessons using the inquiry design model, advancing literacy through document based questions, as well as having students show their creativity through a variety of projects that we will be doing throughout the year.
Outside of school, I enjoy exercising daily, reading ancient history, and spending time with my two wonderful children.
