The Gemini PTO is a nonprofit organization that exists for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future code. The Gemini PTO operates within the East Maine School District 63, also referenced in this document as ‘District 63’.
