Timothy Mackin, Dean of Students

Mr. Mackin joined D63 in 2022, having previously served as Dean of Students for St. Charles CUSD 303's North High School. A licensed clinical social worker, he also works with Barrington Behavioral Health and Wellness as a therapist/clinician. He began his career in education as a social worker at Wheeling CCSD 21's Cooper Middle School, ultimately moving into the Dean of Students role there. Before kicking off his education career, Mr. Mackin was an Associate Producer for the Judge Mathis television show. 

A graduate of Illinois State University, where he earned his BA in communication, Mr. Mackin holds an MA in educational leadership from Concordia University—and an MSW from Aurora University.
